HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are currently paid by the customer up to $49.99. Any order over $49.99 is free shipping.

Processing Time
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 7-14 days to deliver.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at store@whimsicalkeepsakes.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Returns and Refunds Guarantee

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item ASAP.

Note: There are no cancellations or returns, refunds or exchanges for personalized products not cancelled within 12 hours of order due to the customization process.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns and Exchange Policy

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30  days of the delivery date.

Whimsical Keepsakes 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Whimsical Keepsakes. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return the item(s) according to the policy outlined below.

1. Return Period
Customers have 30 calendar days from the delivery date, if shipping confirmation is available) to initiate a return.

2. Eligible Return Types
We offer the following options for eligible returns:

Full Refund: Refund issued back to the original payment method.

Exchange: Exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

Store Credit: Credit issued in the form of a gift card or voucher.

Personalized products are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit due to the customization factors. However, these orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering.

3. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be received in the following condition:

Unused and Undamaged: The product must be completely unused, unworn, and free from any damage.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (including inner boxes, protective plastic, and any branded materials).

Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and protective seals must still be attached to the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Our Responsibility (Defective/Error): If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return (Return Instructions)
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at store@whimsicalkeepsakes.com within the 30-day period. Please include your Order Number and the Item(s) you wish to return.

Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA Number on the outside of the box or inside the package.

Ship: Send the package to the return address provided in your authorization email.

6. Refund Process and Timeline
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

7. Fees and Exceptions
Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee if the returned item is missing original packaging, lacks tags, or requires significant processing to restore. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions): The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.

Customized or Personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry, custom photo prints, personalized apparel).

Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
